No audio in EBS

EBS is not showing any audio signals after adding an audio source.

EBS is not getting any audio signal:

  • Confirm that Avid/Premiere is not outputting in 5.1 (must be 2 channel stereo).

  • Click the gear icon under the audio meter that is being used and go to properties. Confirm that the device is selected as an audio source.

  • Unplug the HDMI from the capture device for 3 seconds, plug back in.

  • Restart the Avid workstation.

  • Security/Privacy mic. Make sure EBS is selected
