NOTE: Only the room owner can create new recordings. However, any invited participant with access to the room can access recordings.
Step 1 - To start a recording, move your mouse to the bottom of the screen until the control bar appears, then click circle button record button (bottom right).
Step 2 - A popup will show, prompting you to enter the name of your recording session. You can choose to continue with the default timestamp as the Session recording name, or enter your own recording name. Click Save to start the recording.
Step 3 - The recording will begin, and all streams and webcam feeds will be recorded individually. To end a recording, move your mouse to the bottom of the screen until the control bar appears, then click on the red circle button to stop the recording.
Step 1 - To access the saved recordings in your Evercast room, move your mouse to the top of the screen, then click the three lines at the top left.
Step 2 - Next, click Home to go to the dashboard.
Step 3 - In the Dashboard, find your room and click the three dots to open the menu.
Step 4 - Next, click Sessions to open the Session Manager.
Step 5 - The Sessions Manager will open with all of the saved recordings for the room. Simply click on any of the recordings to play.
Step 6 - Once you click on a recording, it will open up in a new tab in Chrome. You can control the playback of the recording, and also pull up a specific stream into the main window at any point in the recording.
