NOTE: This is primarily a Mac issue (common in Catalina). If you are on a PC experiencing this issue, please contact us via live chat or create a ticket. To solve this issue, please confirm the following:
1) Visit your 'Security and Privacy' settings in your Mac's system preferences.
2) Once open, click the 'Privacy' tab and scroll down until you see 'Screen Recording.'
3) Please confirm that 'Terminal' is checked. If not, please check. You may be asked to close EBS and restart it. Once you complete this action, please try using 'Display Capture' again in EBS.
